A native Texan...says GO NOW!! What most people don't know is that the chef's cookin' up this Bar B-Q are actually from some of the most well-known joints in the Midwest and the South. The owners have recruited the best and this is the BEST!! Make sure you have the pulled pork and DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT TRYING THE FROZEN GREEN APPLE MARTINI!! I live in Dallas and on my most recent trip I found myself at Virgil's 6 times, not bad considering I was there for only 4 nights!!
